I submitted a resume/application. Now what do I do?

W.B. Mason's HR Department receives numerous resumes on a daily basis. If we make a determination that your qualifications and experience match our requirements, we will contact you to schedule an interview.

Can I apply in person?

Yes, you can apply in person by dropping off a resume or completing an application at any of our branch locations, however we strongly encourage candidates to apply through the W.B. Mason website to take advantage of our resume/application services. This allows us easy access to your information for current and future job openings.

If I am contacted for an interview, what do I need to bring with me?

Please bring an addition copy of your resume with you for your interview. If possible, please print and complete the Employment Application and bring with you.

I am interested in a job that is not currently posted on your web site or job posting boards. Should I send a resume anyway?

W.B. Mason accepts resumes at all times. If we do not currently have a position that matches your qualifications, please complete a resume profile on our web site so that we can access your information for future job openings.

When can I expect to hear back from W.B. Mason after an interview?

The time frame varies greatly depending on position, number of candidates in process and scheduling. We make every effort to contact our candidates regarding the status of their interview as close to their interview date as possible. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
