General Summary:
WB Mason is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our successful team in Customer Service. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment. The Customer Service Representative will process orders, research questions and respond to customers' needs and requests.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and requests via telephone, fax, internet and e-mail
- Answer incoming calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner
- Enter orders into computer system
- Set-up new accounts and maintain existing account information
- Work closely with sales representatives regarding customer needs
Essential Requirements:
- Associates Degree or relevant experience - Bachelors preferred
- Outstanding telephone skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Computer skills required, including fast and accurate date entry
- Able to work well with others in a team environment
- Previous office supply experience helpful
