General Summary:

WB Mason is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our successful team in Customer Service. The candidate must enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment. The Customer Service Representative will process orders, research questions and respond to customers' needs and requests.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers regarding orders and requests via telephone, fax, internet and e-mail
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Enter orders into computer system
  • Set-up new accounts and maintain existing account information
  • Work closely with sales representatives regarding customer needs

Essential Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or relevant experience - Bachelors preferred
  • Outstanding telephone skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer skills required, including fast and accurate date entry
  • Able to work well with others in a team environment
  • Previous office supply experience helpful
