Customer Service Representative

Office Furniture Delivery Driver

General Summary:

The qualified candidate for this position will make deliveries to WB Mason customers with a focus on customer service and timeliness. The Office Furniture Delivery Driver will deliver items to customers' specification at each stop, un-packaging items, assembling furniture, installing boards, removing trash.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain outstanding working relationship
    with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Assemble furniture using basic tools
  • Stage furniture to customer's specification
  • Provide timely deliveries as required
  • Obtain customer signatures for delivery
  • Resolve customer issues as appropriate

Essential Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and manage time
    appropriately to meet deadlines
  • Valid Driver's license with clean driving record - CDL Strongly Preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to read maps
  • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. frequently
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certificate

General Summary:

The qualified candidate for this position will make deliveries to WB Mason customers with a focus on customer service and timeliness. The Supply Delivery Driver will deliver items to customers' specification at each stop.

    with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Deliver items to customer's specifications
  • Provide timely next-day/same day deliveries as required
  • Obtain customer signatures for delivery
  • Resolve customer issues as appropriate
