Overview
Each municipality will have its very own W.B. Mason Customer Service team consisting of an outside Account Executive as well as a dedicated Inside Customer Service Representative. Attached is a listing of each city and town and the Customer Service Team assigned to it by W.B. Mason.
W.B. Mason’s Customer Service Department is available between the hours of 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. End users may place orders during those hours via toll-free telephone by calling (888) WB-MASON (926-2766). End users may place orders anytime via toll-free fax at (800) 657-5834 or online at www.wbmason.com.
Training & Technical Support
For those end users who are unfamiliar with www.wbmason.com, W.B. Mason will be hosting a series of technical assistance sessions located at your local CCRI campus (exact dates TBD) with tutorials at customer sites to be accommodated upon request. If you would like an on-site visit please contact your WB Mason Sales Representative to schedule training.
Pricing
W.B. Mason has extended net pricing on a comprehensive selection of products including Office Supplies, Toner, and Paper as part of its Master Price Agreement with the State. Additionally, it has provided discounting on items contained within its Catalog of Office Products as follows:
- 61.5% on Paper
- 56.5% on Office Supplies
- 31.5% on Toner
