Customer Service

With a business model of customer intimacy, our customer service team is top notch! We personalize our service, getting to know our clients. Every customer has a customer service representative assigned to them to execute the personalized service we strive for! We do business the way our customers need it done, answering every call, placing orders, and helping wherever we’re needed.

Finance and Accounting

Since 1898, W.B. Mason has been growing steadily. With great growth, comes great responsibility…and who better to handle this duty than our talented Finance and Accounting department! Concerned with resource allocation and management, our Finance team handles the monetary support for our 60+ facilities, while accounting for those yet to come! Be the voice that provides precision guidance to our leadership, help us navigate complex problems while devising the best short and long term strategies to lead W.B. Mason to success every year.

Human Resources

At W.B. Mason the Human Resources function is critical in the execution of our people initiatives. With a representative in each location, responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management. In addition to branch specific positions, there is also a Human Resources team located in our Corporate Office.

Information Technology

Over the last decade, W.B. Mason has built an in-house, on-shore software development, security, and service team to support its unique role in the market. We believe in tailoring our services to the needs of each customer. Managing the software and hardware ourselves means we can focus on agility and continual delivery. A role on our team will give you experience in a wide variety of technologies, as well as an opportunity to learn more about every part of our business. From the web to the warehouse, our design, support, and development teams have created the tools our company uses to compete with the largest distribution and eCommerce companies in the world.

Marketing (Merchandising and eCommerce)

The Marketing team at W.B. can be best described in one word – Magnificent. We take immense pride in cultivating our brand image, vast portfolio of products, dynamic vendor relationships and go-to-market strategy. Uniquely composed of both creative and analytical minds, the W.B. Mason ‘Marketeers’ create first-in-class materials for our salespeople to take to the streets. From our marketing campaigns, both digital and print, to our spirited TV commercials and major league sports sponsorships, all are born in our newly renovated Corporate headquarters by our magnificent team.

Purchasing and Supply Chain

Our Purchasing and Supply Chain team sources, monitors and tactically transfers over $100M in inventory companywide. By maximizing strategic vendor partnerships and negotiating supply chain efficiencies we increase profits and accelerate company growth. We manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of service, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts. Working with us will allow you to work with new and existing suppliers to analyze pricing and product sourcing.

Sales

Since 1898, we’ve grown from a small, family owned engraving shop in the heart of Brockton, MA to the second largest privately owned office supplier in the industry. Our success and growth didn’t happen overnight—but through disciplined dedication to provide nothing but the best customer service. As an outside sales representative, you will be on the frontlines of our customer facing strategy! Expand and establish the borders of Masonville! Travel street to street, door to door, and floor to floor, building your book of business and in turn, helping W.B. Mason grow!

Drivers

Our drivers make deliveries to our customers with a focus on timeliness and customer service. We not only deliver the goods, but we place them in the location based on our customers’ needs. By providing the highest level of customer service, we ensure our customers are taken care of. In addition to our standard benefits, our drivers have the opportunity for daily overtime, safe driver bonuses, weekly pay, career growth, and much more! Plus, our vehicles are pre-loaded and pre-gassed, allowing you to get right on the road.

Warehouse

From boxes of pencils to pallets of paper, our warehouse team ensures that every line item makes it to our customers. With opportunities ranging from pickers, packers, and loaders to receivers, cycle counters, furniture builders and beyond, our warehouse locations have it all!
